Stewardship Meetings

Stewardship creates a platform to ensure our clients continue to receive the service levels that led them to CMI in the first place.

This allows us to revisit recent accomplishments, conduct short and long-term planning, and strengthen our partnership so that we may continue to act as your representative while dealing with customers, clients, and cover holders.

At Stewardship meetings we will regularly review your program and MI results, discuss any changes, and add regular agenda items of your choice.

These meetings may also include, but are not limited to:

  • Summarizing our current program, including recommendations for updates and enhancements
  • Reviewing your Risk Management loss profile
  • Reviewing trends in the marketplace
  • Discussing of new products and services

Depending on the volume of claims, Stewardship meetings can be held semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly.
